about the artist
Veronika Ban was born in Maribor (Slovenia) in 1985. After A-level equivalent in Humanities at High School in Maribor she lived in Barcellona for a year, before moving to Venice to study at the acclaimed Academy of Fine Arts where she completed her BA and Masters in Visual Arts. Veronika now lives and creates in Berlin.
about the work
Veronika's work is split into various projects, each containing a series of artworks. You can read more about the projects by selecting the relevant file on the right or watch the Horror Vacui video which shows how the installation was created. The final video is from the exhibition held in Anina Gallery, Rogaska Slatina, Slovenia. Video is in Slovenian.
